MANAJEMEN, Langkah Menuju Perubahan yang Lebih Baik...

Perbuatan yang tidak ada manfaatnya adalah sama dengan perbuatan yang tidak direncanakan. Jika perbuatan itu tidak pernah direncanakan, maka tidak termasuk dalam kategori manajemen yang baik. Allah sangat mencintai perbuatan-perbuatan yang ter-manage dengan baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari firman Allah,

"Sesungguhnya Allah sangat mencintai orang-orang yang berjuang di jalan-Nya dalam barisan yang teratur seakan-akan mereka seperti suatu bangunan yang tersusun kokoh." (QS. Ash Shaaff:4)

Ya Allah, I RUN TO YOU.............

Because of ALLAH, I'll leave everything that ruins my life and makes me far away from Allah's path...

Because of ALLAH, I'll do everything that brightens my life in this world and in the hereafter under the sake of Allah...

Ya Allah... 

I remember about the STRUGGLE of Rasulullah (pbuh) in spending his life in order to fulfill what You orders...

What is SPECIAL in this life?

Nothing is special, but everything is special if you mean it! ^_

The way You show me Your way...

It's You, my Rabb... the One whom I always can rely on and ask the guidance. Sometimes I don't really know what should I do. Sometimes I cannot figure out what is the meaning of everything I face in this life. However, remembering You and realizing what is the essence I'm created in this world, give me lthe ight so that I always can continue my life in the way You have shown to me.

Ya Allah.... there are many things in this life which I can see Your presence in my life. I can feel the way You whisper me Your words... For me it's really amazing how You give things in my life to make me getting close to You. Indeed, sometimes... I meet hard circumstances in my life, sometimes I have to through the slipper way where I might fall down... BUT again... I realize everything has been written in Your book. Nothing in this world  that You don't see.  All of these are trials from You to differ ones who really worship You from the others who don't really obey You or even don't believe in You. 

A flower in your garden

I'm looking at you through the window of my heart. Nothing different like I used to see your heart. Still there is a garden where I can see so many beautiful flowers there. Ah.... but you are still lazy to water them. Some of them are dying while others ready to blossom. I try to walk carefully among the flowers and suddenly my eyes glance a hidden flower among the grass. I am stopped. Its beauty impressed me. I shout loudly in the bottom of my heart. How could I didn't see such a beautiful flower in the center of your garden?! It seems you are diligent to water this special flower and it seems you intentionally let the grass grow for the sake to keep the flower from unwise hands. In hurry I try to touch it. However... oww... I see it's bleeding now, but I don't care. I keep staring at that flower without want to let my eyes look at another side.

Every Moment is Another Chance

I set my time to disappear from your glance. I'm sorry I'm not a good friend who always be there.  Don't really know why I have to go away in the time I know for sure there is a heart that will be hurt. Is it right decision to blow my feeling away? a feeling that no body will understand just because it can't be defined.

I have given a hint, but maybe you never seen. I'm sorry my friend. I realize I'm not the perfect one who can stand in this strange distance. I just the ordinary one who always believe there is no perfection in this earth. The only thing I know is the perfection in Allah's side. 

Someday maybe you will understand what is the meaning of meeting and separating. Now, nothing I hope from you  to understand except the words I always want to say: "Every Moment is Another Chance". So, now just give me a smile to make me believe that you're FINE no matter what you feel inside. 'Cause I never want to make you get sad at times you should get your whole happiness. :)

Time is the best healer...

"Time is the best healer and takes all your pain away"

When you close your eyes... When you close your heart....

"You can close your eyes to things you don't want to see, but you can't close your heart to the things you don't want to feel"

Sometimes...

Sometimes things can be so difficult to handle. There are times when you feel like giving up on everything. The most painful thing in life is to let go of something that you want the most BUT thats how life is! One thing that I know for sure, I am NOT going to give up on my dreams. I am not going to let go of things that I love the most. Anything is possible, and I’ll achieve what I want. However wanting to have something that I need does not mean I love anyone any less! I have finally made the decision of not having the feeling which would make me say “I wish I had tried harder.” Although I have tried hard enough, but there’s always a room for more when it comes to me because if I get stuck on something, it means I get stuck forever and I know how having the feeling “I-wish-I-had-tried-harder” ruins life.  Yes I am scared, but I am courageous, BECAUSE courage is not the absence of fear, it is having the ability to deal with it. ^_

Do effort and hope the best to Allah only !

An effort can never be hopeless... otherwise it wouldn’t be called an effort...

Some Reasons Why Allah Tests Us by Problems

The problems we face will either defeat us or develop us – depending on how we respond to them. Unfortunately, most people fail to see how Allah wants to use problems for good in their lives. They react foolishly and resent their problems rather than pausing to consider what benefit they might bring.

Here are five ways Allah wants to use the problems in our life:

1. Allah uses problems to DIRECT us.
Sometimes Allah must light a fire under us to get us moving. Problems often point us in a new direction and motivate us to change. Is Allah trying to get our attention? “Sometimes it takes a painful situation to make us change our ways.”

2. Allah uses problems to INSPECT us.
People are like tea bags…if we want to know what’s inside them, just drop them into hot ever water! Has Allah tested our faith with a problem What do problems reveal about us? “When we have many kinds of troubles, we should be full of joy, because we know that these troubles test our faith, and this will give us patience.”

3. Allah uses problems to CORRECT us.
Some lessons we learn only through pain and failure. It’s likely that as a child our parents told us not to touch a hot stove…. But we probably learned by being burned. Sometimes we only learn the value of something… health, money, a relationship,... by losing it. “It was the best thing that could have happened to me, for it taught me to pay attention to Allah's laws.”

4. Allah uses problems to PROTECT us.
A problem can be a blessing in disguise if it prevents us from being harmed by something more serious. “You intended to harm me, but Allah intended it for good…”

5. Allah uses problems to PERFECT us.
Problems, when responded to correctly, are character builders. Allah is far more interested in our character than our comfort. Our relationship to Allah and our character are the only two things we’re going to take with us into eternity. “We can rejoice when we run into problems…they help us learn to be patient.. And patience develops strength of character in us and helps us trust Allah more each time we use it until finally our hope and faith are strong and steady.”
Here’s the point:

Allah is at work in our life – even when we do not recognize it or understand it.
But it’s much easier and profitable when we cooperate with Him.

“Success can be measured not only in achievements, but in lessons learned, lives touched and moments shared along the way”

The Rose Within

Every rose has its own thorn... 

A certain man planted a rose and watered it faithfully, and before it blossomed, he examined it. He saw the bud that would soon blossom and also the thorns. And he thought, "How can any beautiful flower come from a plant burdened with so many sharp thorns?" Saddened by this thought, he neglected to water the rose, and before it was ready to bloom, it died.

So it is with many people. Within every soul there is a rose.The God-like qualities planted in us at birth grow amid the thorns of our faults. Many of us look at ourselves and see only the thorns, the defects. We despair, thinking that nothing good can possibly come from us. We neglect to water the good within us, and eventually it dies. We never realize our potential.

Back to The Story I Ever Have (Everything Happens for A Reason)

I don't have certain idea to be shared right now... So, I just want to post my old writing written in some time ago... 
Here is the story ^^

June, 23^rd 2010 students of International Master Program on Mathematics Education (IMPoME) had a new teacher, Zainal Abidin in Writing Class. In that first meeting he introduced himself in short way where he just told about his family and study. He had three children and he graduated from foreign country. 

In the my eyes, my lecturer, Mr Zainal is the modest and faithful man. I can see it from his  thought, his attitude and what his appearance (using simple dress). Things that made me get impressive toward him was how he taught in the class. He is different from many teachers or lecturers I ever met in formal class, where nowadays usually a teacher just teach about the material without involving the material with its values in life especially related to Islamic thoughts. 

Starting to Write from a Quote

All what I know, any people can write, but not all of them can write in good writing. Including me, I also don't have any basic skill in writing. However these days circumstances around me encourage me to write a lot. In the class,  I have many assignments related to writing, such as writing for classroom observation report, making a blog, etc. The goal of why my lecturers support students to write is the students can create some writing products of such as journals or books.

Talking about writing, I remember about my Writing Class in the first three months of my study in International Master Program on Mathematics Education (IMPoME). Although I just had some meeting in that class, this intensive English Course is useful for me. In that class I got some theories how to write some kinds of writings. The students in that class was given some examples of writings made by expert writers, so I and my friends could learn how to write in good way. We not only got material about theory how to write, but also we practiced to write. Sometimes we was given certain topic, and each of students had to write his own writing, other time we was ordered to write in free topic. In addition my lecturer in Writing Class ordered us to make a blog and write anything everyday. We could write our experiences, gave opinion toward news, movie, song,  and any other topics.
